How is Wellness Coaching different from therapy?
Wellness coaching focuses on helping clients develop healthy lifestyle habits such as exercise, nutrition, and stress reduction. We strive to empower our clients with the knowledge, tools, and resources that will allow them to be successful in their wellness journey. Coaching sessions may involve more education, resources, and guidance than traditional talk-therapy.
