Experience a supportive group environment as you engage in deep reflection of how your past experiences have shaped you, while also envisioning who you aspire to be and how you want to live your life moving forward.
Sessions include guided reflections, mindfulness practices, and engaging discussions to facilitate thoughtful introspection, personal growth, and transformation. We will focus on identifying our core values, clarifying our life aspirations, and determining how we want to engage with the world around us. By delving into these areas, we will cultivate self-awareness, enhance our sense of purpose, and make positive changes in our lives.

Optimal Wellness Group
Welcome to Optimal Wellness - an 8 week group dedicated to providing you with guidance, resources, and strategies to help you optimize your self-care, lifestyle, and overall well-being. We address topics such as sleep, exercise, nutrition, relationships, stress management, habit formation, work-life balance, “biohacking,” and more personal matters such as mental health, identity, and life purpose. Experience the benefits of a supportive environment as you learn, grow, and make positive changes to enhance your wellness and your overall quality of life! Join us on the path to Optimal Wellness!

How much do groups cost?We charge $80 per group session. However, you may be eligible for “out of network” reimbursement from your health insurance provider.

How many participants are in each group?Groups are limited to 5-8 participants in order to ensure that each group member feels seen, heard, and has the opportunity to participate in our discussions.

What are the group rules?Group members are expected to be respectful at all times. We are dedicated to creating an experience that allows each group member to feel safe and welcome. Other group norms and expectations may be established in the first session of each group.
